What is Supported Living?

Supported Living is a person-centered approach that helps adults with disabilities live independently in their own homes while receiving the personalized support they need to thrive. Unlike institutional or group home settings, Supported Living focuses on empowering individuals to make choices about their daily lives, from where they live to how they engage with their communities.

Services are tailored to each person’s unique needs and may include:
